offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available
from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms,

 By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us,
you engage in our “Product/ Service” and agree to be bound by the following
terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional
terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service
apply  to all users of the site,
including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers,
merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the
online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to

cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be

your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by
reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

 All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail and will arrive
within 1-3 working days once dispatched.

 We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by
strikes or anything outside of our control.

 All international orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx and
will arrive within 7 working days once dispatched.  

 DUTIES & TAXES

 EU ORDERS & BREXIT

 Orders shipped to countries within the EU will be shipped on
a delivery duty unpaid basis. If required, you will be required to pay the fees
to release your order from customs, so it can be successfully
delivered. you should receive the customs invoice via post or email from
the shipping provider.

Duties and taxes are calculated by your local customs authorities. these fees
must be paid for by the customer, and if refused, picante has the right to
deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are calculated
by your local customs authorities. these fees must be paid for by the customer,
and if refused, Soho Studios has the right to deduct the return shipping costs
from the original refund amount.

EU / INTERNATIONAL RETURN & REFUNDS

Please note that Soho Studios is not liable to refund local custom taxes and
duties. in the case of a return for refund, we recommend claiming your tax
refund with your local authorities. 

RETURN POLICY 

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days
after receiving your item to request a return.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same
condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its
original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

order number in the email subject.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your
package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be
accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom,
shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

 DAMAGES & ISSUES

 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately
if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we
may evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept
returns on sale items

 EXCHANGES

 The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return
the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase
for the new item.

 Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped
into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order
within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item
must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with
tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of
purchase.

 REFUNDS

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your
return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll
be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business
days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card
company to process and post the refund too.
